P2P Vehicle Ownership Transfer Escrow
Motors Confidence's core transaction protection service for direct peer-to-peer buyers and sellers. We facilitate a seamless transfer process, coordinating JPJ biometric verification and E-Auto digital ownership transfers without the need for manual branch visits.
The vehicle purchase funds are securely held in the Motors Confidence Escrow Account. Funds are automatically released to the seller only after JPJ confirms successful ownership transfer to the buyer.
Outstanding Loan Settlement Facilitation
A specialized escrow arrangement for sellers who still have an active hire-purchase loan on their vehicle. Motors Confidence handles the payout process directly with the financing bank to clear encumbrances smoothly.
Buyer/lender escrow funds are split upon contract approval: Motors Confidence pays off the seller's outstanding balance directly to the financing bank first. Once the bank releases the e-cancelation and JPJ ownership transfer is finalized, any remaining net equity is disbursed to the seller.
